This year at PAX I had the chance to sit down and play with the Rift for a little while. Forget waving your hands around in front of the Kinect, or waving some peripheral around in the air. I truly believe the Oculus Rift is the future of games. It’s more than just a gimmick. It allows you to be completely immersed in the environment. A game like Alone has some real potential.
