Saints Row IV Banned in Australia

Despite the new rating system in Australia, the upcomg Saints Row game is effectively banned because it:

includes interactive, visual depictions of implied sexual violence which are not justified by context. In addition, the game includes elements of illicit or proscribed drug use related to incentives or rewards. Such depictions are prohibited by the computer games guidelines.

<i>Saints Row IV</i> is the first video game to fall foul of Australia’s new age rating system, as the game has been refused classification in the country, and will therefore not be permitted to release.
